Apparantley Photographer Larry Birkhead dosen't believe Anna Nicole's claim that the baby really belongs to her lawyer Howard K. Stern. He has filed papers in California court to establish paternity of the new born baby. Anna Nicole's new lawyer snapped back by saying that the lawsuit would have no effect as long as Smith remained in the Bahamas the New Zeland Herald reported. I guess Anna will not be touching any American soil any time soon.
