Britney Spears celebrated her 25th birthday at hot eatery Mr. Chow where she decided she wanted to prove to the paparazzi that hey, she does wear panties after all. After a long chain of events where Britney exposed her bald eagle to the paparazzi, (purposely if you ask me), Britney did a little sexy dance for the paparazzi where she showed, to all 60 paparazzi, her panties. How could the paparazzi see her panties??, because Britney was having a private party on the second floor of Mr. Chows where she walked up to the glass window and purposely enticed the paparazzi to take her picture.
