Lindsay Lohan's New Boy Toy or Publicity Stunt?

Lindsay Lohan had lunch with a new mystery guy at trendy eatery and paparazzi hot spot Orso. She wore a weird assemble of short shorts, black tights, red slippers, and a long scarf. As usual, Lindsay exited out of the back of the restaurant where the paparazzi were already waiting for her. Before coming out, the valet at the restaurant threatened to spray the paparazzi with a garden hose that was nearby. Lindsay hasn't been photographed as much as usual because she has been placed in the back burner since Paris and Britney became best friends. Coming out with a new guy should definitely put her back on the paparazzi radar. Aaaah! There's no place like home. Right?! Lindsay.
