Brad Garrett gets away with assaulting photographer

Actor Brad Garrett has gotten out clean and clear after smacking a paparazzo several times after the paparazzo wouldn't stop taking his photo. According to documents filed by the D.A., they felt that the paparazzo attempted to provoke a violent reaction from [Garrett] ... by using hostile and derogatory language." Although I don't condone provoking celebrities in any way, I find it to be favoritism towards Brad Garret because he is a celebrity. Last time I checked hitting anyone for any other reason then self defense was highly illegal and punishable by law. If a regular citizen would of done the same thing they would be headed straight to jail. This is a bunch of B.S.
