The pregnancy rumors began to float at the Met Gala 2013, where Beyonce complained about having a hard time fitting into her outfit, followed by a photo her at a concert looking a little fuller in the midsection and continued with the cancellation on one of her concerts in Belgium due to doctors orders.

Beyonce hasn't released an official statement yet, but her instagram account got an angry message posted on it after E! online confirmed her pregnancy.
The message read - "I can't stop the rumors from starting and I can't change peoples minds who believe them. All I can do is sit back and laugh at these low life people who have nothing better to do than to talk about me.
The message since has been taken down and when E! tried to reach Jay Z's rep, they had no comment.

If we are to go by the evidence, we would say that she is most likely pregnant -
It's not just that she is looking bloated in a picture, because hey, we all look like were pregnant when we are just bloated from the dinner we had the night before. It is not just that the perfectionist complained about her dress fitting her too tightly at the Met Gala, but also because she and Jay Z refused to pose for more then a few seconds for the cameras. What has tails wagging that she is pregnant is that she cancelled a show due to doctors orders, which for Beyonce, is completely rare and actually has never happened before.
At the end of the day, we go by what our grandmother taught us, where there is smoke there is fire.
In this case there is a lot of smoke.
