Anna Nicole's Body Released to Dannielyn, WTF??

In another weird turn of events in this case, Anna's body will be released to Dannielyn. The judge in the case ruled that the caretaker of Dannielyn would have to decided what to do with Anna's body. However, he stated with tears rolling down his face that if it was up to him the body would go to the Bahamas where her deceased son rests.
This whole court case seemed to be a big waste of time because at the end of the proceedings the judge did not give the body to "any" of the parties that were fighting for it. It seemed like he took the easy way out so that he could be seen as the "good" judge and not a vicious one. Why?? Because he was actually shopping around for a reality television show. It seems that this was his top priority because he indulged the courtroom with a lot of unnecessary personal details. Apparantely there's an audition tape, made by the judge, floating around the industry.
