The 911 call that got Heather Locklear arrested

Here is the 911 phone call that started Heather Locklear arrest this weekend. The woman on the phone, Jill Ishkanian, seems to be over doing the dramatization of the what's going on but unfortunately for Heather, the police are sticking with the charge. Apparently, other people did witness Heather acting erratically and are willing to do a written statement about it. This story just gets weirder and weirder.
