Heather Locklear spotted after DUI

Heather Locklear is out and about since her fishy D.U.I arrest and she looks gorgeous as always. Heather might be getting off the hook because the person that called 911 was an ex Usmagazine employee who was also the person that tipped off the paparazzi that Heather was going to be getting arrested. Heather was not found to be under the influence of alcohol but prescrition drugs and had pulled over on her own account. Investigation is still pending.
