Charlie Sheen's reputation may be on the mends, now that his wife Brooke Mueller has checked herself into a Malibu rehab center to get help for her 'crack cocaine' addiction. Charlie Sheen and his wife got into a physical altercation in their rented home in Aspen during Christmas time, where Charlie was accused of threatening his wife with a switch knife. Charlie was ordered to stay away from his wife, but now it seems that his wife needs him more than ever. Let's not even talk about the sweet, innocent twins who have two crazy people for parents. Let's hope this Hollywood couple will get their shiz together for the sake of the children.
