Image by cukuskumir via FlickrSinger Justin Bieber had to literally keep to the old saying, "the show must go on", when he got a bad chest infection and ended up having to go on stage anyways. In fact, Justin was so sick he had to throw up several times during his concert in the Philippines. The nauseous singer had to keep the show going and was even a trooper about it twitting to his fans-"Sick as dog...But the show must go on".
What a professional!!
