Did Brad Pitt Pull a Britney Spears in Malibu?

(Malibu, CA) Actress Angelina Jolie was spotted on Easter by the paparazzi leaving a Malibu grocery store with her adopted son Maddox and her daughter Shiloh looking like a regular mom carting all her kids in the car after a grocery store run.

Later on in the day - Brad Pitt was spotted with some of the kids on a deserted beach in Malibu having fun in the beach while riding around in an ATV car.

Son Maddox, Pax and daughter Zahara were photographed riding their dirt bikes on the beach while Brad Pitt followed them in a specialized ATV vehicle with Shiloh riding on his lap -  an offense Britney Spears got into hot water for since it is illegal to have a child ride in a motorized vehicle without some sort of safety harness on and considered to be child endangerment.

The pictures show Brad Pitt driving the ATV, while Shiloh helps her famous dad maneuver the sports vehicle while holding on to the steering wheel.  The other kids are seen riding off in front of the car in the beach as he trails them.

Brad Pitt was photographed driving an ATV vehicle with his daughter Shiloh on his lap as opposed to Britney doing it on busier PCH - do you think Brad Pitt is just as wrong as Britney for doing it? Or do you think Brad Pitt should get a pass since he is such a good dad most of the other time?
