Us Weekly has gained the rights to publish the first pictures of Jessica Simpson's new baby boy, and look at how cute Jessica Simpson's family is!  Those baby blues on Maxwell, that smile on Jessica, and the adorable new baby boy will have this magazine flying off the shelves.

We think Maxwell looks more like her famous mom, while Ace looks more like his dad, but it's too early to tell what the final outcome will be.

We can't wait till we get an opportunity to photograph the precious family.
