Noami Watts is the queen of been unpredictable with the paparazzi. One day she is smiling for the camera while the next she is calling the police because she doesn't want her shot being taken. Just this week, Naomi got of hold of Santa Monica very finest and had them escort her from her manicure to her car which was parked in the back of the building. Yes, you heard it right, from her manicure place to the parking lot in the same building. Now I fully understand calling the cops when the situation is getting out of control but calling because you just don't want your picture taken is a bit extreme for me.
