Jennifer Garner talks Serafina and about her mystery bruises

Jennifer Garner has stayed under wraps since having her new addition to the family Serafina. Jennifer is out promoting her new movie, "Ghosts of Girlfriends Past", and her first stop was with her favorite New Yorker, David Letterman. Jen brought David some tea and honey to soothe his irrated throat while in exchange, David brought Jen some neosporin for her cuts. When asked what happened to her, Jen sheepishly explained that she took a fall while jogging and not during an action shot for a movie.

Dave talked to Garner about how she picked her name and she gave a surprising answer by saying that actually Violet had picked out the name when she found out Jen was pregnant. Although the couple were opposed to having their little one pick the name for her sister, they gave in after realizing that they didn't have a name for the baby a week in after the baby was born. Actually, Violet called her sister Sarah, but they went with Serafina instead because it means angelic in any language.

It's nice to see Jennifer out and about. During her last months of pregnancy she went into hiding. I hope that we get great pictures of Serafina and Garner at the park as we did with Violet. Those moments were truly special.
