Mischa Barton Being Sued

Actress Mischa Barton's problems just keep coming and coming. The poor girl is being sued by her landlord in New York who claims she owns $21,000 in back rent. Mischa originally decided to rent out the expensive apartment because she was going to be filming her new show 'The Beautiful Life' but the show got canceled after just two shows. Since then, Mischa has moved back to LA and has not paid rent in that apartment for three months.
