Image via WikipediaThe preliminary hearings for People vs. Dr. Conrad Murray have begun, and the testimonies are very damaging against the now infamous doctor. The most crucial testimony comes from two professional sources, the emergency personnel that arrived at Michael Jackson's house 4 min. after the 911 call was made, and the doctors whom received Michael Jackon at the UCLA medical center. Both sources claim that Dr. Conrad Murray denied giving Michael Jackson any drugs except the drug Antivan which is a mild sedative. At no point, did the doctor inform the professionals about the fact that Michael Jackson had been administered a lethal dose of Propofol. Here are the top ten most damaging testimonies so far:
- Michael Jackson was dead before the paramedics even got to the house-Los Angeles County Prosecutor David Walgren
- Michael Jackson was healthy into the two days before he died, said Kenny Ortega, Michael's producer/director for "This Is It". According to him, M.J. was "physically and emotionally fine" (TMZ) proving that it was not his health but the Propofol that killed him.
- "Murray was on his knees doing compressions on MJ in a panicked state, when he turned to Faheem and another bodyguard and asked, "Does anyone in the room know CPR?"- M.J.'s bodyguard Faheem Muhammad
- "Alberto Alvarez, a bodyguard who says he was MJ's Director of Logistics, testified Dr. Conrad Murray instructed him to remove bottles from Michael's bedroom -- along with an IV bag with a milky-white substance, before calling 911"-TMZ
- "An EMT who arrived at Michael Jackson's house 4 minutes after the 911 call says Michael was dead when he arrived, and it looked like he had been dead for a long time before Dr. Conrad Murray called 911."
- According to one of the EMT's testimony, he believed that Dr. Murray waited at least 20 minutes before calling 911 because of the state of Michael's body when he arrived
- When Senneff asked Dr. Conrad Murray for the list of meds Michael was taking, the Dr. only said lorazepam (Ativan). "Murray never uttered a peep about Propofol."(TMZ)
- At first, Dr. Conrad Murray denied giving M.J. "any" drugs to one of the EMT, as Michael layed lifeless on his bed
- Dr. Conrad Murray called everyone but 911 preceding the time Michael Jackson died-"Two reps from the phone company testified in the hours surrounding the revelation that Michael Jackson was lifeless in bed, Murray was texting and calling lots of people, but never called 911."
- M.J. arrived dead by the time he got to UCLA medical center according to two doctors at the prestigious hospital, but Dr. Murray continued to ask to them not give up on the patient. When the doctors asked him about Michael's medications, Dr. Murray denied giving Michael any sedatives other than the lorezapam.
