Video: Lindsay Lohan Surveillance Video at Jewelry Store

Image via WikipediaActress Lindsay Lohan is in the middle of a legal battle with a jewelry store that claims she stole a $2500 necklace from their store while she was shopping there.  According to the store, Lindsay Lohan came into the store and tried on the necklace but never took it off and walked out with it.  

According to Lindsay Lohan, she was given permission to wear the jewelry out because she is followed by paparazzi and it's free publicity for the store.  It's a classic story of she said/he said.  


Now the jewelry store has sold the surveillance video to Entertainment Tonight for big bucks and the events that unfolded that day are shown in the video.


In the video you can see Lindsay Lohan walking into the store in a rather happy mood with her stylist. She begins to try on jewelry the minute she walks in, almost as though she knows what she wants.  

Lindsay is then seen putting on the necklace, looking at herself in the mirror, turning around showing her stylist, and then continuing to try on other jewelry.  While Lindsay is trying the other jewelry on, she is clearly seen touching the necklace but never actually taking it off.  

The only thing that might be working in Lindsay's defense is that she seems rather distracted and is text messaging the whole time.
