Paparazzi Hancuffed for Following Paris Jackon

Image by Getty Images via @daylifePaparazzi were handcuffed today after they were suspected of chasing Paris Jackson (Michael Jackson's daughter).  The paparazzi were detained when reports where made that they were running red lights to keep up with the celeb-in-the-making Paris Jackson.  


The paparazzi were handcuffed and released a short period after because the police did not see any of the alleged crimes committed.  TMZ reports that they were detained for a short period for questioning but were released soon after.  

A report was made to the D.A. to see if any further prosecution will be done.
