Adrienne Maloof Gets Saucy at Pumpkin Patch

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Adrienne Maloof got saucy with her husband Dr. Paul Nassif at Mr. Bones Pumpkin Patch before reports surface that she is having financial problems at home.

If your a a fan of RHOBH, then you know that Adrienne usually throws lavish parties and recently treated the housewives to a lavish girl day, where they got massages, facials, laser treatments amongst many other goodies.  A party that probably cost a small fortune.

Adrienne and her hubby recently made an appearance at paparazzi hotspot Mr. Bones Pumpkin Patch to the delight of the photographers, since gal pal Kyle Richards was there with her girls and hubby.

Upon arrival, Adrienne posed up on a giant wooden horse, when her husband, Dr. Paul Nassif hoped on, and began to playfully spank her while straddling the horse behind her.  With their playful joking, the pair didn't let on about their financial woes, and seemed happier then ever.  Later they met up with Kyle Richards who was there decorating pumpkins with her little girls.
