Lindsay Lohan Spiralling Out of Control

(Los Angeles, CA) Actress Lindsay Lohan has been in trouble with the law for various reasons, this time she is in trouble with the Santa Monica D.A. after she blatantly lied to the cops about not being the driver in an accident she was involved in back in June of 2012.

Lindsay Lohan told the police that her assistant was driving the car at the time of the accident, which turned out to be a blatant lie.  The Santa Monica police didn't take to the lie lightly - charging her with a misdemeanor for perjury and obstruction of the law.

TMZ is reporting that Lindsay Lohan fired her amazing lawyer, Shawn Holley, after she got Lindsay Lohan a plea deal that involved her going into a "lockdown" drug rehab center instead of jail time.

Lindsay Lohan was so upset at the thought of going back to rehab that she fired Holley and then hired a New York area lawyer to take over her case.

Only problem, the lawyer she replaced her amazing lawyer, Shawn Holley, with has had legal trouble himself and was suspended from the bar for five years back in the 90's.

It seems Lindsay Lohan is regretting her choice and is allegedly trying to get her lawyer Shawn Holley to keep working with her.  The question remains - Is Shawn Holley crazy enough to keep working with her?!
