Halle Berry Continues her Crusade Against the Paparazzi

(Sacramento, CA) Actress Halle Berry has changed her focused from leaving the state of California with her family to avoid the paparazzi and now is focusing on changing the law to get rid of the paparazzi.

The angry actress is tired of what she calls harrasement from the paparazzi and is looking to make it illegal for photographs to be taken of  children of celebrities and public figures. 

She wants an anti-harrasment law to take place and for paparazzi who violate the law to get fined greatly.

Halle Berry used an incident that happened with the paparazzi when she returned from a family trip from Hawaii, where Oliver Martinez and herself lost it on the hoard of paparazzi who were awaiting her return.

She claimed that Nahla was very frightened by the paparazzi - this is how she described it - “They were trying to start a fight with my fiance because if they get a photo of that it’s more money,” Berry said, adding that her daughter was terrified. “She asked ‘Mommy, are they going to kill us?’ She didn’t get to sleep until 3 a.m. because she can’t get this out of her mind and she doesn’t understand what just happened to her.”

However, Halle Berry left a lot of details out of that sad story and it was all caught on tape. 

Yes! she and her family were surrounded by the paparazzi when they returned from LAX, but it was her fiancee, Oliver Martinez, who started the paparazzi mayhem when he struck one of them, who he alleged got too close for comfort.  Meanwhile, Halle Berry was screaming profanities at the paparazzi and calling them idiots while in front of her daughter, who at this point is frightened, not only because of the paparazzi, but also because of her moms actions who are scary even to the adults present.

Later on, it was revealed that Halle Berry already knew that she was expecting her second child and was probably acting over protective due to it.

It seems Halle Berry is one of the few celebrities who is always crying crime in Italy, even though so many other celebrities go through the same treatment by the paparazzi everyday. 

Heidi Klum, Jessica Alba, Alison Hannigan, and Jennifer Garner are perfect examples of celebrity moms who are hounded by the paparazzi but always handle it like pros.

Celebrity mom, Jennifer Garner, loathes the paparazzi as much as Halle Berry does, believe us, we have gotten our share of stern looks and had conversations with her about her distaste for the profession, but she always keeps it cool in front of kids.  No matter what!

You will never see her loose it on the paparazzi in front of her children, and when she is not with them, she will most likely cover her face and make it as difficult as she can to be photographed, but she will go about her day.

Look, it's not like we are saying don't protect the children, we are saying black out their faces in publications as they do over in Europe.  That way the children are protected and so are the journalist rights.
