Justin Bieber Runs Over Paparazzi : Police Are Not Pressing Charges

(Los Angeles, CA) Troubled singer, Justin Bieber, is at it again with his reckless driving and this time he hit a paparazzi with his white Ferrari when he left the Laugh Factory in Los Angeles.

It all happened late at night when Justin Bieber and his sidekick Lil Twist where leaving the famous Laugh Factory, when Justin Bieber motioned a group of paparazzi to move out of the way so he could drive off.

The paparazzi proceeded to move out of the front of the vehicle, to the side, when Justin Bieber sped off and hit one of the paparazzi that was by the side of a parked vehicle and ripped his flash equipment right off with his car.

The paparazzo landed on the floor and soon got help to move out of the road from other paparazzi as Justin Bieber sped off without stopping.  The injured paparazzi left the scene in an ambulance and claimed his leg hurt.

The LAPD went to Justin Bieber's home to investigate the incident and decided not press any charges for the hit and run.

The reason? they said the paparazzi was at fault for being a pedestrian in the roadway.  Justin Bieber also claimed that he didn't know he had hit anyone.

The official California Driver Book states -

21954.  (a) Every pedestrian upon a roadway at any point other than within a marked crosswalk or within an unmarked crosswalk at an intersection shall yield the right-of-way to all vehicles upon the roadway so near as to constitute an immediate hazard.

(b) The provisions of this section shall not relieve the driver of a vehicle from the duty to exercise due care for the safety of any pedestrian upon a roadway.
