Michael Jackson talks about his fathers physical and metal abuse

Martin Bashir did a documentary on Michael Jackson that would ignite the second child molestation charges against Michael Jackson. During this interview, Michael was as candid as we had ever seen him and seemed heartbroken when he spoke about his fathers abuse. According to Michael, Joe Jackson would have a belt in hand while they rehearsed for the Jackson 5 and if anyone missed a step they were going to get a beating. Michael claimed that he didn't get it as hard as his brothers but he still got his share. In fact he talks about wanting to go out and play but he couldn't because he had to go to the studio. Michael Jackson's mother was actually the one that discovered him when he was making his bed and was singing. She immediatley told Joe about it but he didn't want to hear it. Of course this crabby old man finally heard Michael voice and made him the head of the group. I feel angry at Martin Bashir because i feel like he set Michael up to sound crazy but I feel like yes!, Michael had mental problems due to his abuse and not having a childhood but he was not a petafile. I believe Michael's state of mind stayed at a 8 year olds and all he really wanted to do was play. It was problably his coping mechanism and he never grew out of it. He truly believed he was just a kid and that playing with kids the way he did was acceptable because of the mental state he was in. I hate his dad for all the damage that he caused him and his siblings and for how cold he has been about Michael's death.
