There is hope after all! Octomom's bulging belly have miraculously turned into flat abs. What's more is she is got a banging body. How she did it. I don't know. She claims that she did it the old fashion way, exercise and a good diet, but I am sure that's a load of sh*t. However, even if she had surgery and she doesn't want to admit to it, I still think it's a miracle. Do you see the picture of her pregnant with the octuplets that TMZ got?!
