Paparazzo Makes Citizen Arrest on Jesse James

Jesse James had an altercation with a paparazzo this afternoon where Jesse and his crew attacked the paparazzo, and the paparazzo is not going to take it laying down. Jesse James claimed that the paparazzo was stalking him when the police showed up, not because Jesse James called them, but because the paparazzo called them for the vandalism that Jesse and his buddies had committed.
Jesse James told the cops he thought the guy was stalking him, and attempted to do a citizens arrest on the paparazzo, the paparazzo in exchange, did the same.
Although they wanted to do the citizen arrest on each other, Jesse James and the paparazzo decided against the matter. An investigation has been opened in the matter but no further details have been released.
