Charlie Sheen Gets Off Easy

Actor Charlie Sheen may be headed off to jail, but he might as well be headed to a resort.  Charlie has agreed to serve jail time instead of being on probation, but only because it wont be like any other jail sentence you know. 
Charlie Sheen is serving his time in an Aspen jail that is notorious for catering to their inmates.  In this jail house, located in the posh town of Aspen, Colorado, inmates are allowed to order food delivery like pizza to their jail cells.
If the judge approves, Charlie will get to leave his jail from 8 AM to 8 PM, to volunteer at the local theater.  There, Charlie will be required to give acting lessons and work on other projects around the historic theater. Instead of being cramped in a jail house, Charlie will be sitting pretty at a luxurious and historic theater and only checking in at night time. 
In essence it means that Charlie will only be sleeping at the jail house and not serving a full sentence for assaulting his wife.
