Chris Klein 3X's Drunk Over the Legal Limit: Jail Time Possible

American Pie actor Chris Klein has been out of the spotlight since he stopped dating his sweetheart Katie Holmes, so it's a surprise to hear about him in such a negative way.
Chris Klein was arrested last night on a D.U.I when he was pulled over by a California highway patrol officer on the 101 freeway.  According to the CHP officer, Chris Klein was 'wasted' and was weaving in and out of lanes when he got pulled over.  When taking the sobriety test, Chris Klein blew way over the CA legal limit (.08)  into .20 category.  Chris Klein faces possible jail time since this is his second DUI in 6 years.
