Courteney Cox and David Arquette call it quits

Actress Courteney Cox and David Arquette have called it quits after being together for 11 years.  The funny couple apparently have been split for a long time and the news just surfaced because TMZ exposed a picture of David with another girl.
Actress Courteney Cox has kept mum about the situation and had her publicist release a statement saying:
"We have agreed to a trial separation that dates back for some time. The reason for this separation is to better understand ourselves and the qualities we need in a partner and for our marriage. We remain best friends and responsible parents to our daughter and we still love each other deeply. As we go through this process, we are determined to use kindness and understanding to get through this together. We are comfortable with the boundaries that we have established for each other during this separation and we hope that our friends, family, fans and the media also show us respect, dignity, understanding and love at this time as well."


Actor David Arquette on the other hand, had a revealing interview with Howard Stern where he revealed that Courteney and him hadn't had sex in 4 months.  During his interview, David sounded to be inebriated and upset about the situation despite the fact that he wanted to sound normal.  He blurted out that he is trying to grow up and figure out who he is and that he respects that Courteney called it quits because she doesn't want to be his mother anymore.  Here is a little snippet of the interview:
