Kim Kardashian is Big Tippin'

Reality star Kim Kardashian went to a Beverly Hills salon to get pampered before going on the Late Night Show with Jimmy Fallon.  Kim was unusually camera shy, probably because rumors are spreading about her involment with her sisters boyfriend and baby's dad, Scott.  

Kim was has also been in the news lately, seeing that she dated Halle Berry's ex, and Halle is very unhappy about it.  
So unhappy in fact, that she has begun a war against her ex, trying to get sole custody of their daughter Nahla.  

Kim was so insistent in not getting her picture taken, that she had her manicurist go into her designer purse, extract a $100 bill, and sent her off to pay for her manicure/pedicure.
Her manicurist came back with the change of $50, only to have Kim turn her around and tell her to keep the change.


Perhaps Kim wants to buy herself some good karma, or perhaps Kim is a good girl after all.
