Beyonce Static About her Baby

Singer Beyonce can't hide her joy, as she talk to Katie Couric about her pregnancy, hiding it for so long from the public, and what she is doing now that she has taken sometime off the stage.

Beyonce was glowing as she met up with reporter Katie Couric to get candid about her life now.  Beyonce told Katie that it was very difficult for her to keep such a big secret under wraps, and she was immensely happy when she finally told the world via MTV Music Awards that she was in fact pregnant.

How did she do it?

After finishing her performance wearing a concealing tux outfit, Beyonce threw her microphone and ripped her tux open, revealing a baby bump that she caressed as she exited the show.  She revealed to Katie Couric that she felt so relieved and overwhelmed at that moment, that directly after getting off stage, she cried into her mom's arms.

Beyonce also addressed various rumors on the Internet about her cravings, and she said, um, no, I don't like ice cream with hot sauce, and no I am not putting ketchup on everything.  She also talked about the rumor that her pregnancy was fake, and that in fact a surrogate mother was having her baby.

She takes all the rumors in stride, and actually just laughs at how ridiculous some of them are.  Her mom and sister are another story on the other hand.  They both are very defensive about the baby, Beyonce even claiming that her mom felt outraged that they (media) were picking on her grandchild and it hasn't even been born yet.

Now that she is deep into her pregnancy, Beyonce has taken her talents from in front of the camera, to behind the camera.  She is in the middle of directing and producing her concert movie, "Beyonce Live at Roseland".

As far as the sex of the baby is concerned, Beyonce played coy.  However when she is told that her close friend Kelly Rowland might of slipped and let know that the baby was a "she", she looked a little stunned, but still didn't let on if it was or it isn't.
