Lindsay Lohan Being Sued by Paparazzo

(Los Angeles, CA) Actress Lindsay Lohan is in trouble again, and this time she actually didn't do the wrongdoing.  Lindsay Lohan was out with her assistant at a Hollywood club, when her assistant went haywire when they left the club and nailed a photographer as she tried to make a fast getaway from the popular club.

It all happened when Lindsay Lohan left the club and had her assistant drive her out of the place. Her assistant decided to play hero for Lindsay, and pressed petal to the metal before realizing there was a photographer close to the front bumper and she ended up hitting him.

The video obtained by TMZ, clearly proves that Lindsay's assistant hit the paparazzo before taking off from the scene of the accident.  In the video you hear the thump from the photographer being hit by the fast moving vehicle in the narrow alleyway.

The paparazzo involved, Grigor Balyan, is seen on the video been interviewed by a woman after the incident and it seems that he is "milking it" in preparation to have enough proof to sue Lindsay.

Although we don't condone what Lindsay Lohan's assistant did to try to make a fast getaway, we believe the paparazzo is trying to make a buck out of Lindsay.

First of all, she isn't driving or seen directing the driver to getaway fast in any way.  Then, the paparazzo seems to be exaggerating his injuries when the paramedics showed up.

No doubt he got hit, but he shouldn't have been so close to the car trying to get his shot.  By doing so, he took the chance of being hit.  Which obviously was the result.  It's a decision we all make when we are trying to get the selling shot.
