(Thiago Magazine/Facebook)
(Rio de Janeiro, Brazil)  Tagging is punishable with up to one year in prison in Brazil and is considered to be vandalism, but Justin Bieber will not be facing the law for his recent tagging session in the city of Rio because Thiago Magazine claims the police were there all along guarding him while he blatantly broke the law and tagged.

Brazilian citizens are outraged at their police who they call 'PM' because they say they are corrupt and would have arrested any other citizens doing anything close to what Justin Bieber was doing even though the police have claimed they are doing it in the effort to repress vandalism.

During his stay in Brazil, Justin Bieber has managed to go to a infamous brothel, hire prostitutes, be filmed by prostitutes, get kicked out of 3 different luxury hotels, has tagged the city, and engaged in hiring corrupt police officers to play bodyguards while he blatantly breaks the law.

We gotta give it to him! He is taking the taco for being the douchiest tourist/performer to take advantage of an impoverished nation he is visiting.

So much for his so-called life-changing-experience in Guatemala where he gave the shoes off his feet and gave it to a poor Guatemalan kid who needed them!  That reeked of a publicity stunt from the get-go!
