Yes, there is the nearly nude ensemble that she is wearing that is purposely blurred out at times to cover the last bit of decency she has left as her hand travels to her private parts and points the camcorder to what she is doing, but overall, pretty tame.

We would even dare to say it's more sensual than overtly-sexual and as usual Miley Cyrus pushes the envelope leaving us wanting for more.
