Justin Bieber: Set-up by Miami Police?

 

(Miami, FL) Troubled pop star, Justin Bieber,  has recently been arrested for driving under the influence, drag racing and resisting arrest but it seems for once, the privileged pop star, might be innocent in the whole ordeal.

Justin Bieber was out in party city, Miami, Florida, when he, along with friend, rapper, Khalil, were pulled over separately for allegedly drag racing in a 30 mph residential zone.

Justin Bieber kept cursing when the police officer was performing a standard sobriety test and kept trying to put his hands in his pocket, a big police no-no, when the police officer had enough and cuffed and booked him for trying to resist arrest.

Justin Bieber looks to be thrilled to be taking a mugshot!

To top things off, Justin Bieber was driving with a suspended Georgia license and was said to be under the influence of alcohol - a very, very small amount of alcohol.  He allegedly tested a 0.4, nothing if he was of legal drinking age, but since he is only 19, and Florida has a zero tolerance for underage drinkers, he was forced to stay in jail until a judge saw him.

When Justin Bieber finally saw the judge, he looked more remorseful than he did during his mug shot where he looked like he was posing for Vogue instead of for his mugshot.

He was released on $2500 bail and managed to shock his fans even more by impersonating Michael Jackson, and getting on top of his car to wave to them.

Since, he has taken off to Panama and is said to be undergoing an intervention by his management team and his all-time-mentor, Usher.

Here is where it gets sticky for the Miami Police department - it appears they might have fibbed about certain aspects of the case and might be trying to cover their butt for helping Justin Bieber in the first place.

Since his arrest, the rental company that has  high-tech speedometer placed in it's exotic cars and the one that rented the Lamborghini to Justin Bieber, say that records show that Justin Bieber was going only 26 mph in a residential zone and not the 50-60 mph the Miami police claim he was.

Not only that, the arresting officer claimed Justin Bieber reeked of alcohol but with such low levels in his system, it's unlikely that he did so.

The rumor mill is turning and people are claiming that the Miami police department are trying to cover their butt's after they gave Justin Bieber a unauthorized patrol cars to leave the airport and TMZ broke the story that they had no authorization from the tax payers to do so.

As much as we disagree with Justin Bieber's bratty-I-am-the-king-of-the-world antics, it seems that Justin Bieber might be getting off clean once again because the Miami police might of exaggerated things to make themselves the heroes of the story who are responsible for finally taking down rebel Justin Bieber.

We just hope that this arrest finally give the people closest to him a wake-up call and they are able to get to him before it's too late.  Otherwise, Justin Bieber will become Michael Jackson in more ways than one.
