The famous on/off couple were spotted by fans in Justin Bieber's now infamous private community taking a cruise around the luxury neighborhood in Segways inside their neighborhood and their secret reunion was secret no more.

It doesn't seem to matter, though, because just a few days later, Justin Bieber posted the top image of the reunited couple on his Instagram account asnwering the question many of us have been dreading, are they back together? the answer seems to be - hell yeah!
