Foul Play in Heather Locklear's arrest

The plot thickens in Heather Locklear arrest when the 911 caller turns out to be an ex Us Magazine staffer, who also happens to be the person that tipped off the paparazzi who got the pictures of the incident. As mention before in Paparazzi Diaries, it was unclear who took the pictures of the arrest because they were credited to an unknown agency. Now TMZ has revealed that Jill Ishkanian (caller) is also being investigated by the FBI for hacking into Us Magazine's computer system to locate celebs. What's even worse is that she is the only one who witnessed Heather driving erratically and when she called 911, Heather wasn't even driving. Sounds like someone is trying to make a quick buck on Heather's back. It's people like this that give our business a bad name.
