It's been a while since we have heard any drama coming from Nicole Richie, well it looks like it's about time. Nicole Richie was out and about in Beverly Hills when she got rear-ended by a paparazzo. It is unclear what caused the accident but presumably Nicole Richie is in pain but wont be going to the hospital. According to TMZ, the photographer involved in the accident was arrested for not having a valid drivers license. Benji Madden (Joel's brother) came to Nicole's rescue and took her away from the scene.
