Lindsay Lohan: Scam Artist?

Lindsay Lohan can't seem to catch a break, and it all seems to be all her on doing.  Lindsay allegedly racked up a huge bill at a high end boutique to the tune of $17,000 and left with the loot convincing the employees at the boutique her manager would be returning with the payment.
Of course, the store, believing that because Lindsay Lohan is a huge star, she could be counted on.
To the stores dismay, Lindsay Lohan's manager showed up to pay a whole $180 of the bill and never showed up again.  The boutique that goes by the name Tough as Nails is now suing Lindsay for the theft left over balance.
