Video: Inebriated Johnny Depp Gets Dropped by Bodyguard

Image via WikipediaBrilliant actor Johnny Depp took a spill this weekend, and it was all because one of his supposed bodyguards.

Johnny Depp was out to have a good time, perhaps doing some research for his upcoming movie "Rum Diary", when he got escorted out by a few man to his awaiting vehicle.

Nothing to out of the ordinary, except...

Johnny was being held up because of his level of intoxication by a guard, who was trying to cover the cameramen lens at the same time.

By doing so, the bodyguard falls flat to the ground with Johnny, falling on top of him. Johnny doesn't even get up off the ground right away.  He actually needs help from the same dude to help him get back up.

Johnny, being the exceptional professional, still decided to sign a few autographs to his begging fans, against the wishes of his security team.

Johnny then hops in the back of the car, with a mild smirk on his face, pulls his hat down, but then makes a gesture towards the cameraman.

Now, a word to the wise.  Could this potentially be one big publicity stunt for his upcoming movie "Rum Diary"? After all, how many times in the recent years have you seen Johnny out in public inebrated.  For us, none.

If it is just a publicity stunt, then great acting Johnny!  If it's not, I guess it's nice to see the usually private actor out so publicly having a good time.
