Paris Hilton Brother Ordered to Pay $4.9 Million

(Los Angeles, CA) Paris Hilton's brother, Barron Hilton, is in deep water since he is due to pay $4.9 million after he hit a gas attendant during a hit & run that ended up at the gas station where the gas attendant worked at.

Witness claim that Barron got into a car accident, drove the wrong way down PCH for miles, until he finally pulled, (sped more like it), into the gas station where he hit the gas attendant.  According to the victims lawyer, Barron tried to claim amnesia and that he wasn't the one driving even though people placed him in the drivers seat.  He was found to be .14%, double the legal limit in California, despite the fact that he was only 18 years old at the time of the accident.

Barron Hilton and his super famous sisters, Paris Hilton and Nicky Hilton were spotted in Aspen, CO enjoying the holidays. At the time, Barron looked thinner than his skinny sisters.  Perhaps the toll of his actions if finally rearing it's ugly head. Then again, being a Hilton heir. were sure its just pocket change in the big scheme of things.
