Drew Barrymore is about to pop!

(Los Angeles, CA) Actress and now photographer, Drew Barrymore, has become a recluse since she has became pregnant with her first child, but yesterday the starlet decided to come out with her hubby Will Kopelman to get some fresh air.

Drew Barrymore has not confirmed her pregnancy to the public but she can no longer hide her bulging belly.  As a matter fact, the actress looks about ready to pop. 

The down to earth couple waited patiently for a table at Square One restaurant and Will Kopelman even caressed Drew's belly while they waited.
