Pics: Kim Kardashian Celebrates her Birthday with Fiance Kanye West

Kim Kardashian was glowing as she partied it up with her new fiance, Kanye West, at Tao Night Club in Las Vegas where the happy couple couldn't keep their hands off each other.

The security was as tight as Kim Kardashian's outfit but that still couldn't keep shutterbugs from snapping the couple in a tender embrace towards the end of the night.

Kim Kardashian is so body-proud that she wore a white cropped corset-styled top with an equally tight pencil skirt that gave a minor glimpse of her midriff.  She kept her make-up minimalistic and just carried a clutch and gold high-heel sandals to finish her birthday girl look.

Her sisters, Kourtney and Khloe, along with her mom, Kris, decided to go united in black leather, each wearing a different version of the sexy get-up.

Noticeably missing from the party, were Kendall and Kylie, who recently got into trouble for going to an adult nightclub and allegedly flashing a fake I.D. to get into the establishment.  We bet if that incident wouldn't of happened the girls would of at least made their way through the red carpet.

Kim Kardshian played coy for the camera, but what wasn't playing coy at all was her massive 15-carat diamond engagement ring that blindly glistened at the flash of the cameras on the red carpet.

Kim has not been shy about how proud she is of losing all her baby weight and she is definitely not shy about her ample bosom that she proudly put out on display for the world to see.

As far as Kanye West is concerned, he was the happiest he has seemed in a long time.  His usual angry face was replaced with one of pure happiness and joy and it seems things are going just right for Kanye and his future wife, Kim.
