Peace Warrior Nelson Mandela Dies at 95

(Johannesberg, South Africa) Nobel Prize winner, Nelson Mandela, has past away at the age of 95 at his home in South Africa.

The man who inspired president Obama and many others to change the world has left an immense legacy and has taught the world that one man can certainly change the mind of many and bring democracy where none exists.

President Obama made a public statement about the former South African president shortly after his death was announced, and said, "we have lost one of the most influential, courageous and profoundly good human being that any of us will share time with on this earth.  He no longer belongs to us, he belongs to the ages."

May he rest in peace and his legacy live on.
