Teresa and Joe Giudice: Guilty as Charged!

(Newark, NJ) Real Housewives of New Jersey, Teresa Giudice and her husband, Joe Giudice, have just pleaded guilty to money fraud, tax evasion and bankruptcy fraud.

The feisty couple had denied the accusations when the charges where brought on them by the federal court back in August 13, 2014, pleading not guilty to all 41 charges, but they changed their tune yesterday when they both pleaded guilty.

Teresa Giudice pleaded guilty to (4) counts - conspiracy to commit wire fraud and bankruptcy fraud while Joe Giudice pleaded guilty to (5) counts - wire fraud, bankruptcy fraud and tax evasion amongst others.

The duo decided to plead guilty since the 41+ counts they were originally facing could have landed them on prison permanently or as their own attorney put it - the outcome was the best they could have hoped for.  The couple originally faced 100+ years in prison...but got off with just a few.

Teresa Giudice may have pleaded guilty but she is asking for their time to be served separately so that their daughters, Gia, 13, Gabriella, 11, Milania, 9, and Audriana, 5, can have one of their parents with them while the other one serves their time.

As far as Teresa and the Real Housewives of New Jersey - she will continue to film the reality show in spite of her legal woes and will have the show follow her struggle the whole way.
