Lindsay Lohan and her closet "girlfriend" Samantha Ronson finally came out and publicly kissed in front of a big party crowd in Cannes, France. The two girls have been spotted all over Los Angeles together but never have they admitted of their love affair. Lindsay has not been seen around town with any famous boys and people were starting to wonder what their super "close" relationship was all about. Well, here you have it folks.
